Strong relationship-building begins early. We start in the pre-planning phase, using detailed research to identify and reach out to key stakeholders, understand their aspirations for an area, and unearth any concerns. Our insightful stakeholder analysis allows developers to consider the barriers for neighbours, businesses and interested groups, and understand how to nurture relationships to help overcome them.

From coordinating consultation events to regular residents’ meetings, charity initiatives and ongoing liaison, we ensure developers have positive, collaborative representation on the ground throughout the life of their project. This includes preserving relationships during the construction phase by providing contractors with on-site community engagement strategies, and the right support to deliver with consistency.
