The Morris Way

The Morris Consultancy was set up in 2017 by Janine Jasper who had worked previously in the construction industry with Sir Robert McAlpine and latterly with Mace Group.

TMC is defined by its ability to work with both developers and main contractors, securing long term contracts with clients from the early pre-planning phase through to project completion. Our comprehensive understanding of both development and construction phases offers our clients a solid foundation of communication and community collaboration with their local neighbourhoods, to build and maintain long term relationships and in turn, project success.

Having worked with some of the UK’s biggest developers and contractors, we balance our commitment to social value with a deep understanding of the property development and construction industry – and the sometimes fraught political dimensions involved in community consultation and communications. We cultivate long term relationships with our clients and our repeat business is testament to this.

Through our connections with local authority regeneration teams, we’re experienced in developing Social Value strategies to boost employment, apprenticeship, and skill-building opportunities locally, fulfilling S106 commitments in a meaningful and sustainable way. By engaging with a variety of groups, this help us to deepen positive social impact by creating accessible programmes to connect with people on a more comprehensive level and provide more opportunities for local people to benefit from development proposals.
